I dont think there is an exact average for the Mahar, but enough money that should be able to take care of you incase of divorce.


The Mahar depends on the financial state that both the husband and wife are in, dont ask too much that he cant afford, and too little that you cant use. but then again it all depends on the girl, she has the power.
