Imagine cawar finish the nurse mission head home and got work in mogadisho hospital.
This sick guy calls for nurse hoping to see some pretty one to come to his aid and brother one eyed appears from no where saying how can i help.
The Dude jumps from the window running the street naked and with one leg thinking he saw a JIN on a nurse uniform i mean male nurse in somalia is unheard of.
