Abdiwahab,

answer me this question..

How far are you willing to go in opposing these religious warlords?

Let me rephrase it:

Are there limits or red lines which you are not willing to cross eather out of principles or out of the general interest in something which is bigger than being Sacad, which is being Somali.

You can oppose these religious thugs but colliding with A/Yusufs tigre puppet government and Tigre imperialistic plans for Somalia isn't the answer.

Remember that you was against Tigre invasion of Somalia when the old warlords like Qanyare and co were calling the shots in Xamar.

Ofcourse, you do not have to support these new religious warlords but supporting A/Yusuf and his Tigre masters is the same as supporting those people who invaded your homelands.

SomaliWeyn, Abowe, the UIC have placed me into a hard position. I was willing to let them continue their experiments in Xamar if they were willing to leave my homeland alone.

However, the UIC chose to simply keep on spreading their land grab. They were not willing to accept dialogue or moderate themselves. With the UIC, its join us or disappear.

So how can you deal with someone who doesn't respond to negotiations, talk ?

The UIC radicalizes its enemy. They force their enemies to go to extremes to defend themselves.

My limits are NOT TO SUBJUGATE OR DESTROY the Hawiye civilians or to invade and destroy Hawiye homelands.

Regarding Abdullahi Yusuf, he is more open to negotiations than Dahir Aweys. Hawiye moderates can vigorously oppose Yusuf more than Aweys.

The antiTerror Warlords like Qanyare were more against Tigrey and international interference in Somalia than the UIC. The Hawiye masses were tricked by the UIC into supporting a revolution without thinking of the consequences or planning for the victory just like the USC did in 1991.
