Education alone is not sufficient and should not even be the primary requirement. Experience should. All the more the so when the position is high stakes one -- the amb. to reigning superpower of the world. What's his ambassadorial exeperience? What qualifications did other candidates, vying for the job, have?

If he was a smart guy who wanted nepotism to work for him, he should have arranged a scholarship & lower level positions in the Somali Govt.

Anyway, If A Yusuf is smart and is serious about batching Somali up, he needs to consider mollifying the majority of Somalis and not permit any MJ to hold any notable position in Somali politics at this point in time or actually till his term is over.
