If you are born in Somalia to Somali parents, you are Somali. What else can you be? There are Somali Christians. Not many, but they do exist.

There is nothing wrong with Qabilism. Every Qabil in Somalia needs to stay on their land. Hawiye on Hawiye land, issaq on isaaq land, and darood on darood land. Simple as that.
