MN is great and all, Considering the fact that, it has too much distraction if your student, I would advice you to finish your studies in Philly, than move to MN when you fully obtained your degree.

Constant parties, will corrupt your school tasks, I mean, I've seen people who went their to attend uni's there, before you know it, Half of them ended up being dropouts. Don't get me wrong, MN is a good vacation state, not a premanent residing place.
