Of course that was offensive, any dumb person could see that shouldn't have been said. Laughing about the devastations of Somalia in the Civil War, is nothing to be joked about especially to a foreigner who wasn't there.

Ma ila aragtay? They deleted my thread..which was not offensive at all... I just asked three serious questions to the guy who calls himself Xiddigta...Who by the way brings the Somalis against each other 24/7 and trash Somali clans 24/7...Guess what my thread is gone and he is ok with all the trashing that is going on in here...Now I know..But isn't it a shame for a trusted moderator to side with one group?
