Period Pains? Well it depends if your circumcised, then the answer is pain killers but if you not here is what you do

Exercise three times a week, it will ease the pain for the next round

Have a spoon of honey with Qaxwa Soomali with no sugar (it's ok if you don't like Qaxwa Somali but it eases the taste of honey) every morning cause it's good for the back pains.

Have always hot tea (have it every few hours) when you get your periods. Make sure you don't add too much milk in your tea cause you will get fat
