This indicates that men are better than women, because the masculine is honour and perfection, whereas the feminine naturally has something lacking physically. All people are agreed on this, because all peoples give women the best of adornments, which is only to make up for this natural lack..."

Helwaa this is a very narrow view. In the eyes of Allah Men and Women are equal. Becareful of what you post and what you read sister. If a sister can go out a work physically, she should. Women are not retarded, some are very physically able to do many jobs of the Men. I agree that they shouldn't do it to the same extent, but that is just my view.
Islamically, the women's role is to look after her man in the bedroom. (And thats where the romance blossoms)
The man's role is to look after the wife, to provide for his family and never fail in that mission, his duty is to his wife and family. That includes a nice smile every now and then.
Vice versa, if the man is at home all day and the women is busy out, or if he is working from home, it is his reponsibility as a Husband to be curtious and do the damn cooking. Not to give the wife a rest, but because it is a reponsibility.
She is free to take my credit card anytime and buy whatever she likes, because as my wife, she can! I can not tell her not to. I can ask what she brought it with, she can reply shoes, I can ask why, she can reply because I needed some. And the conversation stops there. I can not say Dont do it again!

(by the way, I am talking about Wife and Husband relations here!)

Seperate Responsibilties and Duties.
What is Romance?
The word by definition means; a Story, a Saga, a Legend, Fable etc.
The word Romantic by Definition means; Dreamy, Idealistic, Loving, Passionate

To have romance and be romantic just does not add up.
Does it mean you're a su'cker for fake-ness?
I want to hear your definitions, comparisons and ultimately--How do you measure Romance? Is it by simple hugs, kisses, flowers, Money and material things?--How do you express your 'passion' your 'saga' for someone?

...And another thing, I just do not understand those people who read through pages and pages, book after book of the stuff? What the heck is in them? What does it do for you?-Why?

Any Real-Life stories? Any fantasies?
^^^

fantasy?????? don't re-start e! he's out of battery. talking of fantasies, why do you get a seductive avator? the bois to fantasise about you=cyber romantic??? why are the girls in this place outta of place?
Gamadid--Loool.Why do men like you blow thier own trumpet?Chow Chow, Maxaad ku hadalshey?Don't you know women have the secret posion?Men are like dogs once we work our magic.Lakinse, I must admitt that was a nice quote.Do you read about Romance and love alot?
Lil-Cutie

No, not anymore except the occassional well written poem that comes across my radar without looking for it. I do have great deal of admiration for real stories of love and sacrifice like that of Cilmi Boodhari. It was real, and by reading his poems, you see what love does to people. Personally, I am realistic so I will never be a suc-ker to any woman regardless of how much I am duzzled by her beauty and brains. I have this indefatigable feeling of self-worth that I would never think a woman is to die for, or be sad about if she is not mine or presents a bit of a challenge for any reason. And I never met a woman who presented a challenge to me anyway. That infectious smile, the easy countenance, the good voice, and above all, a conversation that holds them suspended in midair, motionless and attentive always does the trick. You have no idea Cutie-Girl Laughing Laughing

Gamadid, you seem to have a grip on this infatuation stuff. Please shed some light on why someone you always thought was good for a laugh suddenly starts being irresistible. This happened to me twice, but fortunately the feeling wore off before I did anything irrevocable Laughing
