Live In Oregon?

Hi!

Looking for Somalis that live in Oregon. Starting school there. Lookin for a roomate too they dont have to be somali but muslim and must be female. Somalinet should definately have a page for roomates or classifieds. If any moderator is reading this i think its a good idea. Rooming with gaalo is not fun, I dont want to have to explain the water can by the toilet or why the smell of pig flesh burning makes me wanna hurl. Anywayz i know its a long shot, never met or heard of somalis livin there. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks!

Rememeber this:there's always the potential for disputes with a roommate you have no idea about and Just because their somali or muslim doesn't mean they will make a great roommate.

Where in Oregon? There is bunch of Somalis in Portland. Also, try contacting the Muslim Students Association (MSA) at the school you're going to attend and if there is a Masjid close to the campus, contact the Imam and ask him to hook you up with some active sisters that attend the Masjid.
