what are the councequences of these actions ie; penalties, will she be an outcast to the somali community, would a man be treated the same as a girl if he commited these acts or is there one rule for men and another(harsher one) for women

Unrecorded Date ABDUL HI. IN MY OPINION WE SOMALIES DO NOT TREAT FAIRLY MEN AND WOMEN IN EVERY ASPECT OF THE LIVE ,WETHER IT IS A SIN OR REWARDING FOR DOING GOOD THING. ACCORDING TO THE QUR ' AAN IF SOMEBODY DOES EXTRA MARITAL AFFAIR SHOULB BE KILLED BY STONE WHILE THAT PERSON IS BARIED WHIT HEAD OVER THE GROUND. EVENTHOUGH WE CLAIM THAT WE HAVE REAL GOOD CULTURE AND FAIR, STIIL THERE ARE SOME PPOINTS THAT OUR CULTURE IS NOT ACCEPTABALE.
Unrecorded Date I don't think somalis care anymore about those things. Everyone is doing their thing on a side. Now a days when you see couples getting married the first thing on your mind would be "probably they're expecting a baby". I think that is the only reason somalis get married. some of you might not agree with what I have said but it is true. Things like that happend where am from, which is Toronto canada!
Seems you have a pessimistic view of the Somalis, generalizing is a bad habit, simply because the somalis in your demography doesn't mean all Somali everywhere are like that. I consider it weakness when people compromise their principle & culture just to comform.
