DRC: ANGOLA TO PROVIDE DRC WITH MILITARY SUPPORT November 10, 2008

(SomaliNet) Angolan units are to be stationed in the town of Kibati, just north of the provincial capital Goma, A UN peace-keeping representative in the east of the Democratic Republic of Congo says.

Although there has been heavy fighting between government troops and Tutsi rebels around Goma in recent days, Saturday was fairly quiet.
