RWANDA, UK SIGN A10 YEAR DEVELOPMENT PLAN February 10, 2006

(SomaliNet) Rwandan government and The British Government have signed a ten year development agreement that will see Rwanda get 450M pounds (Frw300.6billion). According to the terms of contract, Rwanda will be receiving 45 Million pound sterling per year.
The chief scientific advisor to the UK government David King, and British ambassador, Jeremy Macadie, were the signatories on behalf of the British government, while the foreign affairs minister Dr.Charles Murigande signed on behalf of Rwanda.
The Minister of Education Prof. Romain Murenzi said that the cooperation agreement was signed during a cabinet meeting chaired by President Paul Kagame at the President’s Office in Kacyiru.
