NAMIBIA: MAN JAILED FOR BURNING LOVER'S PRIVATE PARTS February 13, 2006

(SomaliNet) A man from Kombat, Namibia has been sentenced to five years in jail for attempting to burn his lover's private parts. On November 2 nd 2005, Albert Horaseb [35] tried to burn a 24 year old lady on a farm in Neu- sommerau, Namibia. Below is part of the court verbatim that preceeded his sentence. I then proceeded to burn her with a burning log from the fire.
The reason being that while I was in prison she got a boyfriend. I wanted to burn her vagina but only burnt her leg. I did it because of jealousy.
Horaseb had on June 16 2004 been sentenced to 18 months in prison for theft. He has three children.
