(SomaliNet) Ex South Africa's Deputy president, Jacob Zuma's court hearing was postponed due to the discovery that the presiding judge's sister had a child with the accused's sister.Minah Shongwe, sister to judge, Shongwe has a 29 year old son with Zuma.
The above is confirmed by a source close to Zuma. "We are on the back foot here, we can't pick a judge. We have to wait to hear who is named to preside over the trial and if we have issues with them then we raise them," the source said.
Zuma is accused of raping a family friend and Aids Activist. He has not accepted the case.
