(SomaliNet) Tanzania will tomorrow, Wednesday 14th December witness the election of a new Tanzanian president. Millions of Tanzanians are well prepared to take part in this activity which will also involve elections of Members of Parliament and civic leaders.
This is the third time the country is going to polls after multiparty politics was elected in the country 10 years ag! o. About 16.5 million Tanzanian voters are expected to turn up in huge numbers to vote. Wednesday,(tomorrow) has been declared a national holiday in Tanzania.
10 candidates are vying for the Union presidency, while 1,224 others are vying for parliamentary seats. Reports Gurdian.
